about grace

I never expected my life to look like this.

Growing up, I was the kid who constantly asked questions. After losing my father unexpectedly at age 12, just weeks after he received a clean bill of health from his doctor, I became fascinated by the human body and the question that would shape much of my life:

Why do some people get well while others don't?

That question led me into science.

I graduated with Honors in Physiology and Biochemistry, worked in neuroscience and pain research, contributed to research that later advanced into clinical trials, worked directly with patients in endocrinology, conducted diabetes research at the University of Washington, and eventually helped lead recruitment efforts for a national NIH artificial intelligence study.

My plan was simple: attend medical school and dedicate my life to helping people heal.

Then everything changed.

Just as I was preparing for the next chapter of my career, my own health collapsed.

The life I had spent years building suddenly disappeared. Activities most people take for granted, like walking, traveling, exercising, and socializing, became overwhelming challenges. I spent years searching for answers while navigating a healthcare system that often focused on managing symptoms rather than understanding why they existed in the first place.

What began as survival eventually became a transformation.

I approached my own healing the same way I approached research: with curiosity, persistence, and a refusal to accept that this was just my new normal.

Over time, I rebuilt my health, my confidence, and ultimately my life. As my health improved, so did my vision for what was possible.

In 2025, I invested the savings I had originally set aside for medical school into purchasing and restoring a historic home, transforming it into a luxury Airbnb. It became more than a business. It became proof that even after life's biggest detours, it is possible to create something extraordinary.

Today, I continue to use the tools, practices, and products that supported my own journey every single day.

That journey eventually became The Gracie Glow.

Through coaching, education, products, and content, I help others reconnect with their bodies, challenge limiting beliefs, and create lives that feel aligned, vibrant, and deeply fulfilling.

I don't believe healing is only about symptoms. I believe it's about getting your life back. It's about waking up excited for the future. It's about trusting yourself again. It's about creating a life that feels bigger than the challenges you've faced.

My mission is simple: to help people remember that transformation is possible, even when it feels impossible.

Because the biggest thing I ever manifested wasn't a business, a home, or a dream trip.

It was getting my life back.

How I got here

2017

Began my research career in a neuroscience and pain laboratory developing a novel alternative to opioid medications. The treatment later progressed into clinical trials.

2019

Graduated with Honors in Physiology and Biochemistry.

2020

Worked one-on-one with patients in a leading endocrinology practice, deepening my understanding of root-cause health and personalized care.

2021

Joined the University of Washington conducting diabetes research and supporting clinical studies designed to improve long-term health outcomes.

2022

Led recruitment for a national, multi-site National Institutes of Health artificial intelligence research initiative, helping advance the future of healthcare innovation.

2023

After years in medicine and research, I stepped away from my career to focus on my own recovery journey, applying the same curiosity and determination I once brought to research toward rebuilding my health.

2025

Invested the funds originally reserved for medical school into purchasing and restoring a historic home, creating a luxury Airbnb experience and my first source of passive income.

2026

Having regained my health and quality of life, I launched The Gracie Glow, bringing together the products, tools, and teachings that supported my recovery. I released my signature course and began guiding others toward their own transformation.

What becomes possible

Left the overwork-and-burnout cycle for good
Built work that funds the life they actually want
Reconnected with their body, energy, and joy
Learned to attract instead of chase
Found a feminine rhythm that finally feels sustainable
Stopped earning their rest and started living

You were never meant to earn your worth. You were meant to remember it.
